I have researched and it seems that the only way to do so is go back to the 2.0.1 firm. So, I download RSD 4.6, the 32-bit 4.2 usb driver zip, the vzw sbf file, and the apk file.

Proceed with everything as instructed and the start button on the RSD Lite stays greyed out. I believe because I do not have the 'SE Flash OMAP3430 MI' driver on my PC.
